Nikitas graduated from DePaul University in 2004, with High Honors, earning a bachelor's degree in both Political Science and Economics. After university, he earned his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and was admitted to practice law in May 2009. After working for two years as a trial and litigation technology consultant and five years in commercial litigation practice, he joined Seidman Margulis & Fairman in October 2016. In addition to his responsibilities as a Chicago personal injury attorney, Nikitas has also co-presented a course on Litigation Technology at Chicago-Kent College of Law as an Adjunct Professor and served as a Hearing Officer for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.
