Senior trial lawyer Ryan A. Margulis was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in a ceremony held at the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. on June 3, 2013.

Mr. Margulis is a recognized trial advocate at Seidman Margulis & Fairman, LLP in downtown Chicago. He has more than a decade of experience focused on representing injury victims in serious personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Now, Mr. Margulis has the ability to represent clients in appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court.

There are certain requirements that applicants must meet to be admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. Applicants must have been admitted to practice before the highest court of a State, Commonwealth, Territory or Possession for at least three years prior to the application; must be free from disciplinary action during that time; and must be of good moral and professional character.

In addition to his admission to the United States Supreme Court, Ryan Margulis is licensed to practice before the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois Trial Bar, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
